Question Description

I don’t know how to handle this Management question and need guidance.

MGT4497 Management Seminar Research paper and Two resources articles summaries.

Please READ these requirements carefully and follow the rules, othervise, I won’t pay you.

1. This paper must be original because I have to upload to turnitin, and the resources must be used less than 25%. Work cited every resource you write.

The
research paper should be between 10-15 double-spaced pages, excluding charts,
tables and diagrams, and saved in the MS Word format
, in APA format, and should include the
cover sheet at the end of this document. The cover sheet should be copied into
the front of your final document and completed electronically.

Your research paper
topic will cover ethics and sustainability as it relates to sustaining
corporate profitability, while not damaging the environment. Remember to create
a title for the paper that is not general, but specific enough to research via
the Troy databases.

2. Two research article
summaries. At least 1 page for each.
You may use research
articles from your research paper activity. Articles should be peer-reviewed,
full-text research articles from sources like the ABI Inform Complete database.
Go to the Troy databases for these sources.

Required Textbook:

Title: Manager’s Bookshelf

Authors: Pierce, Jon L. & John W. Newstrom

Edition: 10TH 14

Publisher: Prentice Hall, Inc.

10 digit ISBN: 0-13-304359-2

13 digit ISBN: 978-0-13-304359-4

Understand the reason for an appropriate title to research. If the title is too general, it will be almost always be short. Too general titles mean that your paper will be a broad rehash of existing material. A more specific title will be longer and, therefore, will include more keywords that can be searched via ABI-Inform Complete and other databases within the Troy database offerings. Remember we are dealing with research, so pose some questions of interest to you to answer in the paper, thereby making the paper more focused and avoiding a rehash or existing material.
